Problem

Health-conscious users are forced to juggle multiple apps to track their complete fitness journey - workout logging, nutritional tracking, step counting, and progress analytics all live in disconnected silos. This fragmentation leads to poor user adoption and inconsistent data that makes meaningful health insights difficult to obtain.

🛑 The Business Challenge

The fitness tech market is saturated with "single-purpose" apps, forcing users to switch between different tools for calorie counting, GPS run tracking, and gym logging. The challenge was to build a high-performance mobile solution using Flutter that syncs with native mobile health ecosystems(Apple Health & Google Fit) while maintaining offline functionality for users in gyms with poor connectivity.

    We built on Flutter to get a consistent, high-frame-rate experience on both iOS and Android from one codebase, so complex data visualizations stay fluid on either platform.
